75 min. This class is for all beginning yogis and for those who want to get grounded in the basics. It will incorporate a basic vinyasa flow, with alignment and learning the asanas. It’s a great place to develop and craft your yoga practice. All are welcome!
This 60 min. class begins with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Open to all levels.
