TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: TOTAL BODY BLAST

45 min. TRX is a unique piece of equipment that will tone your total body while giving you improvements in exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. Join us for this total body blast. Beginners through advanced welcomed. A total body conditioning class designed to boost your metabolism and get your engine going for the day.

YOGA BASICS

75 min. This class is for all beginning yogis and for those who want to get grounded in the basics. It will incorporate a basic vinyasa flow, with alignment and learning the asanas. It’s a great place to develop and craft your yoga practice. All are welcome!

KRIPALU YOGA

This 60 min. class begins with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Open to all levels.

BODY SCULPT

45 min. A total body resistance training class set to music. Sculpt lean and shapely muscles from head to toe using dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands and stability balls. Challenge your muscles to something new!

YOGA: LEVEL 1-2

60 min. A flowing Vinyasa practice that will incorporate breathwork, energy and alignment. All Level 1 and Level 2 participants welcome!

GOLDEN FIT

55 min. of strength, cardio and stretching tailored to older adults. This low-impact workout is designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement you experience in everyday life. These classes aim to improve functional strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance.

PILATES

45 min. of Pilates, Core work and Yoga mixed into a fun and energizing workout and ending with deep relaxation and meditation. Open to all levels.

BOOT CAMP

45 min. This class is a full body high intensity cardio and strength workout. It will engage your core, increase flexibility, burn fat, and build long lean muscles. Be ready to sweat in this fun circuit style workout!

TAI CHI

60 min. Find balance and go with the flow as you experience slow, graceful, moving meditative exercises that increase energy, relieve stress, cultivate higher awareness and improve overall well being. Come to this inner-aerobic workout and manifest your chi.

SPINNING®

45 min. SPINNING® is a fun and intense workout that takes place on specialized Spinner® bikes. Group spinning is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All spinning workouts are approx. 45 minutes and incorporate various types of riding techniques. Our staff of experienced and trained instructors will motivate and lead you through each ride. All bikes are SPD clip compatible.
